Carrie Anne Moss

 

Canadian actress Carrie-Anne Moss was born August 21, 1967. After early roles on television, she rose to fame internationally for her portrayal of Trinity in The Matrix series (1999-present). Memento (2000) brought her the Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Supporting Role, Red Planet (2000), Chocolat (2000) and Fido (2006). Snow Cake (2006) was awarded the Genie Award as Best Performance by an Actress In an Supporting role. Jeri was also the principal character in several series of television series produced by Marvel Television, including Jessica Jones (2015-2018).
